About Wild Wars
Wild Wars is a free-to-play, turn-based pet battle game built by developers who grew up playing Wild Ones. When Playdom switched Wild Ones off in 2013, nothing quite replaced it. Wild Wars was made to fill that gap, and of every game on this list it is the one that feels most like the original.
You pick a pet, build a weapon loadout and take turns blasting rivals across destructible maps. Each pet has its own personality and abilities, and weapons level up from basic grenades to screen-shaking nukes. Just like Wild Ones, you earn coins by playing and use treats as the premium currency.
Wild Wars is out now on Windows PC through the Xsolla launcher, with an Android beta on Google Play (you need an invite code). An iOS version is planned.
